Presentations should adhere to the following Guidelines set forth by the CEATI International Water Management Interest Group.

• Presentations must be submitted in Power Point format (PPT).
• Presentations will be distributed to attendees in secure electronic (protected PDF) and paper.
• Maximum of 25 slides per Power Point Presentation.
• Each Presenter will be allocated approximately 45 minutes of presentation time (including time for questions).
• Presenters will participate as Panel Members for a Panel and Open Discussion concerning both the presenter’s specific presentation as well as discussion of the broader theme of their session.

Submission Dates:

• The deadline for the submission of abstracts is Wednesday, May 6, 2009, 4pm ET. Notification of acceptance will be provided no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2009.
• The deadline for the submission of Power Point Presentations is Thursday, October 1, 2009.
• Subsequent to submission, authors may continue to revise Presentations but must submit their revised files on flash drive at a minimum of one (1) hour in advance of their scheduled presentation time.
• Abstracts and Presentations must be submitted electronically to the attention of Ms. Jennifer Forbes at jennifer.forbes@ceati.com
