Program Manager

CEATI International is seeking a Program Manager to join our collaborative team. Job Description

  • Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with major power utilities and experts;
  • Business Development – growing the portfolio of project initiatives and utility partners;
  • Leading regular discussions and semi-annual meetings across North America;
  • Maintaining and enhancing client relations;
  • Effectively managing on-going projects while addressing the needs of participating utilities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Positive attitude, outgoing, professional, and sense of responsibility;
  • Proven leadership skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
  • 2-5 years of experience in engineering;
  • Knowledge of the Power Grid (Generation, Transmission & Distribution), is a definite asset;
  • Aptitude and vision to create clear and attainable short, medium and long-term objectives;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Travel required within Canada and the United States for program meetings and conferences;

  • Hosting online webinars and group calls;
