The Demand-Side Energy Management Program (DSMP) is a user-driven group of electric and natural gas utilities that focuses on energy efficiency, conservation, and strategic growth in the residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors. The DSMP provides a forum for collaboration related to topics such as electric vehicles, emerging technologies, non-energy benefits, load management, and incentives and customer programs.
