The CEATI Young Professionals Group (YPG) is a networking, mentorship, and peer-to-peer support group of inspiring professionals who are new to the electric utility industry. All are welcome, but the target audience is those with less than 10 years of experience in the industry. In conjunction with our fall virtual conferences, the YPG will be hosting two virtual networking events:
October 18: targeted at those attending the Grounding & Lightning and Stations Conference and the Asset management Conference.
November 10: targeted at those attending the Protection & Control and Smart Grid Conference and the Transmission/Distribution/Vegetation Management Conference.
Both events will provide a focused, industry-open forum for young professionals to network with their peers across the energy sector, discuss common challenges, and share experiences and strategies for positive career growth.
