MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Women in Power Mentorship Triad Program
The Women in Power mentorship program is designed to facilitate networking and support for women in the power industry, particularly new engineers and recent graduates. It aims to promote engineering careers for women, address common challenges, and encourage collaboration and discussion on supporting women in this male-dominated field. Participants are grouped into triads of 3 -4 individuals, combining women at different career stages to foster connections and shared experiences. Mentorship groups are encouraged to meet every two months, with CEATI providing reminders and discussion prompts to maintain engagement and support.

Build a Powerful Brand Uniquely
This interactive workshop aimed to equip participants with strategies to drive success by embracing their unique strengths and values. The program outlines five key strategies: standing in your values, knowing your strengths, showing up for your audience, creating an emotional experience, and leveraging your brand for increased visibility. It emphasizes the importance of confidence, perception, productivity, and big-picture thinking in building a successful brand. Participants were encouraged to showcase their strengths through mentorship, volunteering, and effective communication, utilizing graphic design and styling talents to enhance brand perception and visibility.
